    We currently have a vacancy for the role of Technical Training Manager in Morocco. Person in this position will be responsible for the local training centre management and the local trainers. The incumbent will also prepare and manage the training requirements, operations, budgets and investment needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Deliver the highest quality training to customers, - Maintain an "expert" knowledge level of our products and procedures, - Lead, direct and evaluate the work of trainers, - Responsible for the day to day processes of the training school, - Maintain the training equipment inventory, - Ensure all schools comply to corporate standards, - Responsible for communicating the required updates into Promotion to the Training Administrator, - Responsible for the compliance to health, safety, environmental and security processes, - Conduct quarterly meeting with business leaders to confirm local training needs and priorities, - Provide reports to supervisor on training activities and needs. REQUIREMENTS: - Min. 5 years experience related to servicing diesel engins and/or power generation sets, - Must have diesel engine troubleshooting skills, - Experience in workplace training preferred, - Must have Diesel and mechanics qualification, electronics qualification also preferred, - University degree required, level 5 minimum (National Certificate or Diploma), level 6 preferred (Higher Diploma or Graduate Degree), - Training Qualification/Degree is an added advantage (e.g. A1, V1, CERT ED, local awarding bodies), - Must have strong computer skills (PC programs – Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, etc.), - English fluency as well as proficiency in either Arabic and/or French are key, - Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally, - Able to manage pressure and time effectively and efficiently, - Must work with little supervision, independently and must also be able to work in a team, - Must have adequate planning skills, budeting skills and organisation skills, - Must be willing to travel (25-50% max).
