    We currently have a vacancy for the role of Technical Trainer in Morocco. The aim of this position is to develop and deliver "up to date" technical training on Cummins Engines and/or Cummins Power Generation products and evaluate the students comprehension as well as overall ability in providing the highest standard of service to our customers. The incumbent will also provide feedback on the training needs and communicate those needs to the Technical Training Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Deliver the highest quality training possible and translate materials when required, - Maintain an "expert" knowledge level of our products and procedures, - Provide test result to the Master Centre in order to update Cummins Systems, - Maintain the training equipment. Keep it in good working order and appearance, - Prepare equipment for each class, - Keep training material updated and available for each class, - Report any unsafe conditions and practices occurring in the workplace to your supervisor, REQUIREMENTS: - Min. 5 years experience related to servicing diesel engins and/or power generation sets - Must have diesel engine troubleshooting skills, - Experience in workplace training preferred, - Must have Diesel and mechanics qualification, electronics qualification also preferred, - University degree required, - Training Qualification/Degree is an added advantage (e.g. A1, V1, CERT ED, local awarding bodies), - Must have strong computer skills (PC programs – Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, etc.), - English fluency is mandatory, as well as Arabic and French, - Able to manage pressure and time effectively and efficiently, - Must be willing to travel if required, - Must be willing to invest the time necessary to provide the highest quality training possible.

    We currently have a vacancy for the position of Technical Support & Training Manager - Aftermarket Sales based in Morocco. The aim of this role is to provide technical support and training to all stakeholders in a French speaking Africa region. Person in this position will be reporting to Senior Sales and Marketing Manager. The role will require extensive travel as per customer needs identification. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage and support technical issues or concerns of the customers - Provide technical support to aftermarket, mining and OES customers and end users - Provide technical training to distributors, end users and internal staff to increase the awareness on Filtration products - Develop comprehensive and updated training plan and material as required by market feedback - Look for information on competitive products based on field experience and opportunities to fill product voids - Investigate and write New Product Requests (NPR & branding requests) to complete product range and increase our market share - Investigate warranty claims and develop short and longer term solutions - Responsible for informing Filtration organizations (GFT, sales managers, production, etc) on product quality, performance and applications based on feedback received from external customers - Look for opportunities in the market / region he is supporting - Provide internal reports and documentation as required, including monthly reports, forecasts, business plans, competition & market analysis, etc. REQUIREMENTS: • At least 5 years of experience in a technical support role (preferably in automotive/construction/mining market segments) • Proven experience in analyzing technical issues • Good interpersonal skills, experience liasing with customers at all levels of management • Experience in a multinational environment and in dealing with customers from different countries / regions • Training experience would be an added advantage • Strong technical background - excellent understanding of diesel engines & filtration • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field (degree preferred) • Fluent in French and English(essential), any other European Language is an asset • Profound knowledge of MS Excel • Strong analytical skills
