    AZURREO is a service provider specialized in the Telecommunications industry. Our experts leverage more than 15 years of experience and methodologies, and best practices to help our customers successfully tackle their challenges. We work across disciplines at any point in the project lifecycle, from strategy to design to implementation to operations and maintenance. As part of our development, we are currently seeking: Technical Support Eng. Lvl 1 in Morocco. Primary Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but not limited to: • First Level Support for the customers via phone, e-mail and remote access, • Real-time First Level Support analysis of customer requests and registered problems, • Real-time response to questions and solution of problems with limited complexity, • Preparation of more complex problems for transfer to In-house Second Level Support s Customer, to the Backoffice s customer or to their Research and Development department, • Regular customer communication regarding the status of their requests and progress of their solutions, • Continuous documentation of customer communication and procedures, in our ticketing system (OTRS), • Regular monitoring of the whole ticketing process and escalation to management. Education • Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication engineering, computer sciences or professional education in the IT area (qualified IT specialist for systems integration, electronics engineer for radio networks etc.), or having multi-year and practical professional experience. Technical skills The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: • Minimum 3-5 year s experience in the Telecommunications Industry, Basic IT knowledge of operating systems: Windows and Linux, • Basic knowledge of mobile technologies (GSM, UMTS, LTE) and fixed network technologies (PSTN, ISDN, VoIP), • Practical knowledge of SQL databases, especially MySQL, is preferable, • Practical experience with console and scripts (Bash) would be beneficial, • Willing to work in a rolling 3-shift operation (24x5). • A self-starter and first-class communicator, • Able to work with our teams to solve customer s problems, • Able to accept responsibility for delivering solutions on time, • Professional experience as Technical Support Engineer would be beneficial. Position Requirements • Fluent English (Clearly communicate in English verbally or in writing), further language skills are advantageous, • Rigorous and organized, with excellent capabilities of communication, • Very good relational contact, • Goal-focused and responsible for 'getting the job done'. Contract • Location: Rabat or Casablanca, • Duration: Permanent, • Schedule: Full-Time, • Contract: Freelance, • Valid work permit required.
